It’s recording day.
This is a short update today as I reflect on another amazing opportunity to be on a wonderful podcast hosted by a wonderful friend and fellow coach.
Tuesday 5th, I had the opportunity to talk all things boundaries. Followers of the host shared their questions on Instagram and we were able to explore some of people’s biggest hurdles when setting and maintaining boundaries. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to explore everything and so I hope to bring some more answers to the blog over the coming weeks.
There were a few recurring themes in the question and challenges posed and what I will say, is that you are not alone in the challenges you are facing when it comes to boundaries and respect for them.

Different boundaries for different people and situations.
As I said, I’ll cover these topics in the coming weeks as I am so deeply passionate about people understanding how positive, measured boundaries are crucial for all aspects of your life but most importantly, for your own mental and emotional wellbeing.
